Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is a child of a mixed-race family from South London in England. Her mother is English and her father Nigerian. Her family was raised in a south London council estate and attended The Brit School at age fourteen. She attended The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London in which she earned an acting BA. While at the academy, she appeared in several stage productions such as King Henry V playing Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights portraying Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started acting in Storm Damage. Since then, she's been making appearances in guest roles in films like Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe scored her first motion picture role in the Woody Allen film Cassandra's Dream, opposite Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor. In the following film, she appeared in Elisha in an episode of the BBC Three pilot drama, in West 10 LDN. In addition, she appeared as Ollie in six episodes each from Trexx, Flipside, and Flipside. In 2008, the actress was offered Bambi who was the leading character in ITV2's show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe also starred as the main character on How to lose friends & betray people and be apathetic, which premiered on Sony Pictures Entertainment back in the year 2008. Performance credits for Madekwe include Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe's US debut came in 2009 when she appeared on the drama The Beautiful Life. The drama aired for just two episodes before it was ended on The CW. Ashley Davenport, a character in ABC's Revenge drama series was cast as Ashley Davenport. After appearing on the show for the first two seasons it was reported in late May 2013 that Madekwe was set to depart the series following an appearance as a guest in the first episode in the season's third. She was Tituba in the TV show Salem in 2014 until 2016. Madekwe married her actor partner Iddo goldberg in June 2012. They have worked together on Secret Diary of a Call Girl in the past, and Goldberg has also appeared alongside Madekwe on the show Salem.

Ashley Leggat, a twice Gemini nominated actress, was born into a huge family living in Hamilton, Ontario. She was raised by both parents Roy and Patty as well as four brothers who were older than them: Brett, Todd and Bram twins, Rob, and Brett. Ashley's sports brothers were avid baseball players during the summer months as well as hockey in winter. Ashley did not walk, but she did dance, so at the age of just two years old, she started Baby Ballet -and she fell in love. Ashley was hooked on dance from that moment. Ashley was a dancer who competed in all the major categories until the time she graduated from high school. She was a competitor in jazz, tap, ballet, pointe and Acrobatics. Ashley took home the best soloist award at every major dance event, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance among some.
