Aspen Ladd's combat sport journey started at the age of 14. Aspen Ladd had training in BJJ, kickboxing, boxing and wrestling before making her amateur debut at WCFC aged 18. Ladd then went on to take down three opponents within a row in Ultimate Reno Combat. All of her opponents were finished within the first minutes.
